With setup, a set time adds $60. Some ZIP codes add a charge.

Questions
Can I choose the flowers?
You choose the colors and tell me what you love or want left out. I choose the flowers from what’s best that week. For flowers you name, there’s a special order or Full-Service Weddings.
How far ahead do I order?
At least 14 days and up to 6 months. Inside 14 days, write to me and I’ll tell you what’s possible.
Can I change my order?
Yes. You can change pieces, colors, or the date until 14 days before, when I order the flowers, and the address or arrival time until 24 hours before delivery.
Can I cancel?
Up to 30 days before your date, I refund the order in full. From 30 to 14 days before, you get a credit for the full amount toward a new date within 12 months. After that, the flowers are bought for your order.
Will I see the flowers first?
You’ll get a photo of your flowers as they leave, before your guests see them. If anything doesn’t match what you ordered, I’ll make it right.
How long do the flowers last?
About five days to a week with fresh water. For an event, I time them to be at their best on the day.
What if nobody’s there?
I call the person you name on the way and when I arrive. If no one answers after about ten minutes, I leave the flowers with the front desk or in the shade by the door and send you a photo.
What if something arrives damaged?
Send me a photo within 24 hours of delivery and I’ll refund that piece.
