Terms
How arrangement orders work. Event work is governed by the contract you sign.
- Ordering and delivery
- Closed and full days
- Occasionally we close a day, and some days sell out. Either way the day is never offered in the date picker, so no order is taken for one and no order is moved once it is taken.
- Changes and cancellations
- You can change or cancel up to the cutoff. After that the flowers for your order have been bought, so the order stands.
- Once an order is paid
- It goes out on its date. We don’t move a paid order to a later week for any reason on our end.
- Substitutions
- Every arrangement is built from what is good at the market that week. Occasionally a flower is swapped for another in the same color range. The size, the palette and the character of the piece do not change.
- Delivery
- Photographs
- We photograph finished pieces before they leave. We don’t photograph recipients, and we don’t photograph a card with a private message on it without asking first.
- Sales tax
- Florida sales tax applies to flowers and arrangements and is added at checkout.
