Ordering from the À La Carte Menu

Orders are placed 14 days to 6 months before your date. The minimum is $350 before delivery, and the order is paid in full when you place it. Orders are taken for any day of the week. Bud vases are ordered 3 or more at a time.

I take up to two À La Carte Menu orders for a date, and only one of them can have setup or a set time. A Full-Service Wedding closes its date. An order that’s paid always stands.

Changes

You can change pieces, colors, or the date until 14 days before your date. After that the flowers are ordered. A new date has to be open in the calendar.

The delivery address and arrival time can change until 24 hours before delivery. If the new address has a higher delivery charge, or you move to a set time, I send you a link to pay the difference. A change to a lower charge isn’t refunded, and I can’t deliver outside my delivery area.

Cancellations

Cancel by email up to 30 days before your date and I refund the order in full.

From 30 to 14 days before, you get a credit for the full amount toward a new date within 12 months of your original date.

Inside 14 days, the order can’t be refunded, because the flowers are bought for your order.

A Gift Basket can be canceled for a full refund until 8 PM on the Tuesday before its Thursday.

Your flowers

You choose your colors when you order, and the ribbon or table shape for pieces that have one. I choose the flowers from what’s best at the market that week. Occasionally one flower is swapped for another in the same color range. The size, the palette, and the character of the piece don’t change.

I send you a photo as your flowers leave. It’s a heads-up, and it isn’t an approval step. If anything doesn’t match what you ordered, I’ll make it right.

Every vase and basket is yours to keep.

Delivery

Delivery is $65 between 10 AM and 1 PM, or $125 at a set one-hour time. Setup is 20% of the pieces, with a $150 minimum, and includes delivery between 10 AM and 1 PM. At a set time it’s $60 more. Some ZIP codes add $40 or $90, and the amount is shown before you pay. À La Carte Menu orders aren’t delivered outside my delivery area. There’s no pickup.

If nobody is there, I call the person you named on the way and when I arrive. If no one answers after about ten minutes, I leave the flowers with the front desk, the concierge, or the venue staff, or in the shade by the door, and I send you a photo of where they are. Flowers are never taken back.

If something arrives damaged

Send me a photo within 24 hours of delivery. A piece from an À La Carte Menu order, or a special order, is refunded. A Gift Basket is replaced the next Thursday or refunded, whichever you choose.

Gift Baskets

A Gift Basket is delivered on a Thursday between 1 and 6 PM and is ordered by Tuesday at 8 PM. Gift delivery is $25 and covers a smaller area than the À La Carte Menu. The gift page checks the ZIP code. I choose the colors each week unless you choose white and green. A Signature Basket takes the ribbon you choose.

The card message can change until Tuesday at 8 PM.

If nobody is home, I call the recipient. If no one answers after about five minutes, I leave the Basket with the front desk or in the shade by the door and send you a photo.

Special orders

A special order starts at $350 and is ordered at least seven days ahead. A price and a payment link come within a day. Nothing is charged until you approve the price.

Paying confirms your order, and it’s final. A special order is made to order with flowers bought for it, so it can’t be canceled or refunded. Until 14 days before your date, you can move it to another open date within 12 months.

If a flower you named isn’t good enough on the day I buy, I use the closest flower in your colors and tell you.

Full-Service Weddings

Full-Service Weddings start at $3,000. Your estimate shows a price range, and one fixed price comes on a short call. A retainer holds your date. Final counts are due 45 days before, and the balance 30 days before.

Each Full-Service Wedding has its own agreement, and that agreement governs it.

Photographs

I photograph finished pieces before they leave. I photograph an order in place, and share those photos, only with your permission, given with the box “Daniela may photograph my order in place and share the photos.” I don’t photograph recipients or a card with a private message.

Sales tax

Florida sales tax of 7% is added at checkout, on the pieces and on delivery, setup included.
