A short page, because we collect very little.
- What we collect
- Only what you type into a form on this site: your name, email, phone if you give it, and the details of the order or the event. If you pay for an arrangement, the card details and the delivery address are collected by our payment processor, not by us.
- What we do with it
- We use it to reply to you and to make and deliver your flowers. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone who is not part of getting your order to you.
- We email you about your own order. We do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask.
- Who else sees it
- Our website host and form service, our payment processor and our email provider, each only to do the job we use them for.
- Cookies
- This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Our host may log requests for security and to keep the site up.
- How long we keep it
- Order and event records as long as we need them for our books. Anything else, ask and we will delete it.
- Asking us about your details
- Email us and we will tell you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. The address is in the footer.
