A short page, because I collect very little.
Last updated October 2026.
What I collect
Only what you type into a form on this site: your name, email, phone if you give it, the delivery address, the name and phone number of the person receiving the flowers, any photos you add, and the details of the order or the event. If you pay online, your card details are collected by my payment processor and never reach me.
What I do with it
I use it to reply to you and to make and deliver your flowers. I do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone who is not part of getting your order to you.
I email you about your own order. I do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask.
Who else sees it
My website host and form service, my payment processor, and my email provider, each only to do the job I use them for.
Cookies
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Your order is kept in your own browser until you pay, so it is still there if you come back. My host may log requests for security and to keep the site up.
How long I keep it
Order and event records as long as I need them for my books. Anything else, ask and I will delete it.
Asking me about your details
Email me and I will tell you what I hold, correct it, or delete it. The address is in the footer.
