* A sample piece is not possible on every order. We settle yours on the call.
Questions
How far ahead should I book?
As soon as the date is fixed. A wedding a year out is normal and so is a party in six weeks, if the date is free.
What if my numbers change?
Tell us as soon as you know. Adding or dropping pieces changes the price, and we confirm the new number with you before anything is made.
Can I ask for particular flowers?
Yes. Named varieties are bought by the bunch, cost more, and might not be good the week we buy. A color direction costs less and photographs the same.
What if it rains?
Your venue and whoever is running the day make that call. We build to whichever plan you land on, and if the location moves, we move with it.
What does the retainer buy?
The date held and the design work started. It is 35% to 40% of the total, taken on the call, and the contract names the part that is non-refundable.
Do you rent vessels?
Yes. The rental and the refundable deposit are separate lines on the invoice.
